Baltimore, MD – Apr. 28, 2023 – The Seidel family celebrated their son Shmuel's bar mitzvah with the completion of a sefer Torah. The final letters were written at the Seidel home Thursday afternoon. Friends and family danced with the sefer Torah to Congregation Aish Kodesh. The family then celebrated Shmuel's bar mitzvah with a seudas mitzvah.
