City Council President Nick Mosby will also be in court today for an ethics hearing.
The Ethics Board is accusing Mosby of violating their rules in connection with a legal defense fund that was set up in Mosby and his wife, former City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's name.
Nick Mosby claims he did not take any money out of the account or break any rules.
The hearing is set for 2 p.m. today.
