As reported earlier all 4 lanes are shut down. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: large; font-family: times new roman, times;" _mce_style="font-size: large; font-family: times new roman, times;">Video shows southbound traffic being diverted off of 95 South in Delaware – The backup goes on for approximately 2 miles.
