<p>Gov.-elect Wes Moore&nbsp;will meet&nbsp;with Gov. Larry Hogan on Thursday to discuss the pending transition. Moore takes office on Jan.18.</p> <p>About 12 hours after Moore declared victory in a speech to supporters on Election Night, 11 News spoke with him via Zoom as he began a day of back-to-back virtual interviews. Moore told 11 News he's almost done assembling a transition team.</p> <p>"We're going to have some announcements in pretty short order. This is going to be a transition that is going to be historically transparent and historically inclusive that's really going to focus on making sure that all voices are heard," Moore told 11 News.</p> <p>When 11 News asked whether Moore's transition team will include Republicans, he told 11 News: "In every aspect, I want people to be able to look at our administration and say, 'I see myself,' and that includes political affiliation … When I tell people that we are going to build an administration that is going to be reflective of the state of Maryland, that means in every single way."</p> <p>According to&nbsp; Hogan's office, the current governor is scheduled to meet Thursday morning in Annapolis with the 63rd governor of Maryland.</p> <p>"I'm looking forward to our families having time together," Moore told 11 News. "(It's) a long-standing tradition that I know that we're both looking forward to. I'm looking forward to having a strong relationship with the governor. Our teams are looking forward to have a very strong relationship together, and I know that come January, our administration will be 100% ready to get to work."</p>
