Baltimore, MD – Feb. 1, 2023 – Starting this week Ner Yisroel will begin a Winter Shabbos Chizuk Series. Over the next four weeks different parts of the community will be hosting Rebbeim for an Oneg Shabbos and Shabbos afternoon shiur.
