A crash closed an Interstate 95 exit ramp Monday afternoon in Howard County.
SkyTeam 11 reported that a pickup truck towing cars flipped onto its side on the ramp from southbound I-95 to eastbound Maryland Route 32 toward Jessup.
Tow trucks arrived and crews were working to upright the vehicles in the 4 p.m. hour.
SkyTeam 11 reported about a 2-mile backup on I-95 south approaching the exit.
