Baltimore, MD – May 11, 2023 – It is with regret that Baltimore Jewish Life (BJL) informs the community of the petira of  Sandra Scherr, a’h,  sister of Mel Heitt.

The levayah will take place at Wellwood Cemetery (West Babylon, NY) on Friday, May 12th, 2023 at 1pm.

Mel Heitt will be sitting shiva at 3021 Fallstaff Rd Unit 506, Baltimore, MD 21209.

Shiva hours will be:

Sunday, May 14th from 9:30am-12pm (with services at 10am) then 3pm-8pm (with services at 7pm).

Monday, May 15th from 3pm-8pm (with services at 7pm).
