Washington, DC – Aug. 8, 2023 -D.C. Police have discovered the remains of 27-year-old Avery Miler, who was wanted in the 2022 murder of a Baltimore man, 25-year-old Aryeh Wolf, Z’L, in Southeast D.C., according to ABC7News. Miler reportedly died on April 4. The heinous act of shooting of Wolf occurred on August 10, 2022 while he was on a jobsite,  and he later died in the hospital. On September 27, 2022, when police responded to a tip about Miler’s location, the suspect fired at officers and fled. Though he was initially reported as barricaded, a wide perimeter was established in the area, and he was able to get away.  A friend of Wolf’s family released a statement at the time expressing the grief of the Jewish community over the tragic event.
