Baltimore, MD – Aug. 11, 2023 – The video and images below capture the aftermath of a crash near Woodcourt and Wickfield, sparking an urgent search for a heavy-set African American male who fled the scene. The suspect is still on the loose, but having left his phone and other identifying information in the car, it shouldn’t be long before he is apprehended.
