Baltimore, MD – Aug. 30, 2023 – 10:44AM – (BJL) This morning, BJL was flooded with inquiries regarding the commotion in the area, which included a hovering helicopter and police cars speeding down streets. The disruption turned out to be an FBI and Baltimore Police RATT raid (Regional Auto Theft Taskforce) on a residence located on Clarks Lane. At least one arrest has been made in connection to the operation.
