Baltimore, MD – Sept. 21, 2023 – Richard Worley was confirmed this evening by the Baltimore City Council Committee, chaired by Councilman Yitzy Schleifer, to be the new Commissioner of the Baltimore Police Department. His nomination will proceed to the full council at the next meeting for final confirmation.
