Baltimore, MD – Sept. 27, 2023 – Officer Winder of the Baltimore Police Jewish Liaison Unit just arrested three suspects in connection to the recent carjackings; the suspects were in one of the cars that was stolen in the county earlier today. One gun was recovered.
