The fatal Linden Heights fire has claimed another life as firefighter Lt. Dillon Rinaldo has died from his injuries.

City officials tell 11 News, Rinaldo died Wednesday morning after suffering severe burns and injuries from the rowhome fire last week that claimed the life of fellow firefighter Rodney W. Pitts III.

He had been through multiple surgeries over the past week including one on Tuesday but his condition took a unfortunate turn for the worse and he succumbed to his injuries.

Rinaldo had been a Baltimore firefighter since 2018 and is originally from New Jersey. A GoFundMe page has been established to help Rinaldo’s family.
