Baltimore, MD – Oct. 4, 2023  – (WMAR2News)  On Friday, Baltimore will host an Orioles Postseason Rally from noon to 3 p.m. at Pratt and Light Street. Heavy traffic and parking restrictions are anticipated from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Lexington, Gay, and Fayette Streets. Road closures and temporary traffic stops are also expected. The Department of Transportation urges fans to adhere to all parking rules. Those attending the rally should consider using garages or parking lots.
