Baltimore, MD – Jan. 2, 2022 – Just a couple of months ago, Menucha asked for your help, and you answered that call with great generosity. The Baltimore community banded together and in just one day, raised over $200,000! These funds went to immediate use to support the many daily programs, providing critical services to children with special needs and their families.

There is one program though, that cannot be described with words, nor can it be captured in an attractive video clip; you must see it yourself to fully appreciate it!!

On Motzaei Shabbos parshas Beshalach, Jan. 15, 2022, Menucha is hosting its annual Shabbaton at the Delta hotel in Hunt Valley. This Shabbos is much anticipated by the Menucha families, where parents gain chizuk from leading Rabbanim, forge friendships with families in similar situations, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where families of children with special needs feel at home. Feedback from parents has been so overwhelming – they feel like this Shabbos provides energy for the whole year!

This Shabbos cannot have been made a reality without the generosity that was displayed by the community, and we therefore want you to be part of it. Menucha welcomes you to join for what may be one of the most moving experiences of your year. The highlight of the Shabbos is the celebration of the Melava Malka, kicked off with music and dancing with the Menucha children (8:15PM) as well as words of inspiration by HaRav Eytan Feiner, and of course a delicious catered buffet. You are sure to have a wonderful time while also bringing tremendous chizuk to the greater Menucha family. Participation is complementary as our way of thanking you for helping us reach this milestone!!
