<p>The Baltimore Office of Promotion &amp; The Arts announced Friday that the fireworks display will return to Baltimore's Inner Harbor on New Year's Eve.</p> <p>The fireworks show was canceled the last two years. It was called off in 2021 due to costs and in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.</p> <p>The Inner Harbor Ice Rink will also be open until midnight.</p> <p>The fireworks display is expected to last&nbsp;12 – 15 minutes.&nbsp;</p>
