Baltimore, MD – Feb. 6, 2023 – Today the Baltimore County Council approved the Bring Your Own Bag Bill. Councilman Izzy Patoka championed an amendment to the bill that excludes small businesses that have 3 or fewer locations in Baltimore County. This amendment that passed along with the bill exempts stores such as 7 Mile Market, Market Maven and the Candy Store.
