Baltimore, MD – June 4, 2023 – Two hundred parents and grandparents shared nachas when they watched their Toras Simcha students receive their first siddur. The students performed for the assembled guests and heard wonderful words of inspiration from YTS's Menahel, Rabbi Hillel Mandel.
