Baltimore, MD – July 3, 2023 – It is with regret that Baltimore Jewish Life (BJL) informs the community of the petira of Dr. Norris L. Horwitz, z’l, father of Andrew Horwitz (Deborah Stein) and Menachem (Ahuva) Horwitz and brother of Esther Swertloff.

The levayah will be held at Levinson’s on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 at 1:00pm.

Kevurah will take place at Chevra Ahavas Chesed Cemetery – Randallstown.

Shiva will be observed at 6701 Park Heights Avenue, Apt. 1B, Baltimore, MD 21208 through Monday morning.
