Baltimore, MD – July 13, 2023  –  Baltimore County Police have made an arrest in the Pikesville shooting death of Lakisha Wheeler, according to WJZ. Levi Feldman, 53, has been charged with first-degree murder and gun-related offenses in connection with the incident.  Clear footage from Baltimore Shomrim cameras in the area played a significant role in the investigation.

As reported on BJL, the incident occurred on Labyrinth Road near Pikesville High School, where Wheeler was found with a gunshot wound after authorities responded to a call around 7 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Although the exact timing of Feldman’s arrest was not specified, he is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
