“It should have been picked up somewhere, especially if it’s a yearly event,” said Pinkelton.

According to Acting Commissioner Richard Worley, a call for a loud crowd in the area came in around 9:10 pm, three hours before the shooting.

The officer responded to the call, “David No”, according to police audio. David No means “no police services needed.

“I would like to know exactly what he did before he checked in from that call,” said Pinkelton.

Acting Commissioner Richard Worley has the same question for the officer.

“The process of this after action is we want to look his, his or her body-worn cameras. We want to look and see if they actually did go to the call and what they saw when they were at the call,” said Worley.
