Baltimore, MD – Aug. 15, 2023  – The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Baltimore, marking the second day of such warnings, reports Pikesville Patch. This watch is in effect from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday. With hourly rainfall rates potentially reaching 1.5 to 2 inches, areas in Baltimore, especially those with poor drainage, are at risk of flash flooding. Thunderstorms are expected to intensify by the afternoon.
