Baltimore, MD – Oct. 30, 2023  – The first of two federal trials for former city state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby begins this week, with the initial trial focused on perjury charges, while the second trial will address mortgage fraud allegations related to her alleged false statements about a COVID-19 financial hardship and mortgage documents for luxury homes in Florida, according to WBAL.
