Baltimore, MD – Oct. 30, 2023 – This post serves as a final reminder for 529 College (and K-12) Investment Program account holders who applied for the State Contribution Program (also known as the Maryland Match) to remember to fund their accounts by Nov 1^st.  Under the program, income-eligible households who applied or reapplied for the State Contribution between January 1^st and May 31^st 2023, and, if filing taxes in Maryland, have filed by July 15^th, are eligible to receive State funds for use in their child’s education, IF they deposit the minimum required contribution by November 1^st.
