Baltimore, MD – Nov. 17, 2023 – Gimel Kislev, Thursday Nov. 16, Yeshivas Ner Yisroel held a Seudas Siyum marking the 23nd Yahrtzeit of the Rosh Hayeshiva, Moreinu Harav Yaakov Moshe Kulefsky zt”l. Harav Dovid Rosenbaum said a shiur in the Yeshiva Bais Medrash of the Rosh Hayeshiva zt”l’s Torah.
