Baltimore, MD – Dec. 4, 2023  – This year, we begin vesein tal umotor livracha in the bracha of Baraych Aleinu in Shmoneh Esray at Maariv of Tuesday, December 5^th. Usually, we begin this on Dec. 4^th however, when the upcoming February has 29 days we begin on December 5^th.
