A man and woman were injured Monday morning in what appears to be a combination stabbing-shooting attack near Herod’s Gate in Jerusalem, near the Shalem police station.

The terrorist was eliminated by security forces. He has been identified as as 16-year-old resident of Isawiya.

The woman, who is critically injured, has been identified as a 20-year-old Border Police officer. The man, who is lightly injured, is also a Border Police officer.

Magen David Adom evacuated the injured officers, who suffered penetrative wounds, to Hadassah Mount Scopus.
