Baltimore, MD – Dec. 12, 2023 – This morning, around 9:45, Shomrim and Baltimore police responded to the 5900 block of Winner Ave for reports of a female trying to gain access to a vehicle while the owner was sitting inside.

Upon arrival police detained the subject who was going through a mental health crisis. They recovered a loaded handgun and several magazines from the individual.
